The invitation

A room worth staying in.

Seaside Sunset Sessions is a small, deliberately unhurried evening. No panels to sit through, no badge queues, no pitch stage. Just the right people on a terrace above the Gulf, with time enough to have the conversation properly.

Convened by Epicon Capital Club, the Sessions bring together Epicon Members, family offices, investors and select founders for a seamless blend of strategic networking and elevated hospitality. Capacity is limited, so the room stays a room.

The evening takes place one day following the Dubai Family Office Summit, in partnership with GITEX and Expand North Star, while the city is still full of the people worth meeting.

Who is the evening for?
Family offices, institutional and private investors, founders, senior operators and invited guests of Epicon Capital Club. Every registration is reviewed individually so the room stays relevant.
How much is it?
AED 590 per guest plus 5% VAT, which is AED 619.50 in total. That covers two beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, gourmet canapés through the evening and complimentary valet parking.
Where exactly is it?
On Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The exact venue and address are sent directly to confirmed guests before the evening, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
Is my place confirmed as soon as I register?
Not quite. Registering records your details and takes you to payment. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received and we have written to you.
When does registration close?
At 12:00 PM Gulf Standard Time on the day of the event, or earlier if we reach capacity. Places are limited.
What should I wear?
Smart casual. It is a terrace at golden hour rather than a boardroom.
Can I send a colleague in my place?
Access is personal to the named guest and cannot be transferred. If your plans change, write to events@epiconcapital.com and we will see what is possible.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. Email events@epiconcapital.com and we will arrange it rather than having each person register separately.
Are fees refundable?
No. Attendance fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. The full terms are in the event access policy.
Can I take photographs?
Recording of any kind needs written consent beforehand, so that guests can speak freely. Epicon may photograph the evening for its own use and you can opt out by writing to events@epiconcapital.com.
How do I pay?
By card through Ziina, using the link shown after you register and repeated in your confirmation email. Card details never touch this site.
